Hi Jordon,
Good consultation. Many good things in your swing and stance and some need adjustment. I think you’re in a good place to develop a nice swing to complement your game. We assessed your swing only with your 7-iron and PW, so next time we’ll add other clubs including the driver and putter.

Your current swing before any adjustments promotes slicing the ball, topping the ball and hitting fat [well behind the ball]. All things that will be overcome with the proper adjustments.

The list below is in order of priority to work on during your practice sessions.
Grip: See photos below of before and after, weak to neutral
Stance: Add about 3 inches to your stance
Shoulder pivot: Start your swing with your shoulder pivot, not hands and arms
Left knee: allow to twist into the pivot—currently dipping out and away from you
Overswing: Shorten significantly—stop well short of parallel at top
Transition: initiate downswing with lower body pivot at pelvis
Lag: need to delay clubhead into the impact zone—keep wrists cocked as long as possible
Flying elbow: See photos below—keep right elbow pointing to the ground and close by

Photos 3 and 4: Left shows weak grip and right shows neutral grip, although I now notice that the right hand is more strong than neutral in this photo. Okay for now.
Photos 5 and 6: Flying elbow on left, adjusted correctly on the right.
Photos 7 and 8: Overswing on left and lack of clubhead lag on right.
GIFs 9 and 10: Left clearly shows outside to in swing path into the impact zone, while on right clearly shows overswing. Both show right knee moving out instead of twisting inward
Vids 11: shows a correction to the flying elbow. Out to in swing path. Out of balance, falling forward at finish.
Vid 12: Same as 11, but in slow motion with 3 freeze frames. 1. Waist high: need more shoulder pivot but improved. Position of clubhead is correct at this point. 2. Top of swing: Big improvement here. Overswing almost gone, better right elbow position. Near impact: open clubface and club lacks lag.
